Step 1: Select your equipment
Providing us with the information regarding what equipment needs a case is the first important step. From there we can ensure that we select a case that will fit these items and begin the creative process of designing a layout. The layout is important in ensuring that we will be able to provide the equipment with the best possible protection and organization.
Step 2: Select your type of foam
In addition to which case best fits your equipment, it is important to consider what type of foam is best for your equipment. Whether you need soft foam, hard foam, or antistatic foam, Production Case can help you select the foam that will best protect your equipment.
Step 3: Designing your Custom CNC foam insert
Once we have selected the equipment, the case, and the type of foam, the real outside the box thinking can begin. This is the part of the process where we will use our professional design software to create a custom foam insert to hold your equipment.
Step 4: Manufacturing the Custom CNC foam insert
Once the design is complete, our CNC Operator will load the foam in the machine and prepare the foam insert. These inserts can then be prepared with no case, glued in to a case, or prepared with a case but not glued so that they can be removable down the road.
Step 5: Test Fit and Client Approval
The final step is the test fit. In this step we ensure that the custom foam insert is providing the proper durability and protection for your valuable equipment.
