Return Policy

Production Case Company has been helping government, businesses and consumers with their transit case requirements for the past 35 years counting! We make every effort to ensure that you receive the right case for your equipment and encourage you to consult with us on your particular needs and concerns prior to purchase.

If, however, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most new, off-the-shelf cases (Pelican, Pelican-Storm, and Nanuk) within 30 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in the manufacturer's original packaging. Please contact us prior to returning any shipments in order to be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No cases will be accepted without a RMA number. Returned goods will be inspected prior to acceptance and are subject to the respective manufacturers' product guarantees.

You MUST accept delivery of your item prior to returning it. Do NOT refuse shipment upon delivery or the charges incurred to have the item returned will be deducted from your return.

All accepted returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges on all orders are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We may be able to help you arrange return shipping and deduct from your refund, contact us for details.

If you have received an item that was shipped incorrectly or if a defective item was shipped, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to get you the correct item.

Please Note Production Case Company does NOT accept returns of the following items:

Custom Manufactured Laminate Cases
PCC Variant Pelican Cases (1” Hard Foam Lined, Hard Layered Foam Set, Multiple Laptop etc.)
Cases with Custom CNC Foam Work
Canadian Government Secure Cases
Items purchased after 30 days from delivery
Special Order Items and those which are not regular stock items (SKB and Pelican-Hardigg etc.)


Free Shipping Details

Free shipping applies to most Pelican, Pelican-Storm, or Nanuk case orders over $150.00 before taxes.
Free shipping may apply to other products as noted on the individual product pages.
Orders must ship to a qualifying Canadian address with Purolator, Fed-Ex, Canpar, Dicom or UPS.
Multiple-case orders must ship complete to qualify for free shipping. If an item(s) is backordered, we will contact you and let you know your options. These include waiting for the backordered item(s) to take advantage of free shipping, paying a surcharge, or cancelling your order.
Rural destinations do NOT qualify for free shipping (if your postal code contains a "0" as the second character it is considered rural).

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If your item(s) is in stock, most orders arrive between 1-2 business days for orders destined for Toronto (GTA), Montréal, and Ottawa.

Please note that we are closed on weekends. Orders placed on weekends for in stock items will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

A standard ground rate is charged for all Pelican, Pelican-Storm, or Nanuk case orders under $150.00 before taxes, all orders shipped to a Canadian rural addresses and to the following Provinces:

Inventory Conditions

We do our best to maintain higher than average stock levels than other dealers, but there are times when we may be out of stock on a particular item.

Should your item(s) be temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of a delivery date.  We can also help you find an alternative solution or you may cancel your order. If your order is urgent and a partial-shipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.

From time to time, there may be administrative errors or system functionality that leads to errors in pricing or sale structures on our website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to correct or cancel any affected orders.  if your order is affected, we'll be in touch and work to find a solution.
